Prime location near Piazza del Popolo made exploring Rome easy. However, walls were too thin, causing noise disruptions.

absolutely appalling experience. The walls are paper thin, I could hear a baby wailing every morning—how delightful. And oh, I was expecting plush robes and slippers, but I received nothing! If I had received even a token of appreciation, I might have almost given a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Proximity to Flaminio Metro Station, clean modern facilities, complimentary minibar water
Reception area is cramped, minimal English TV channels available!!! I appreciated the local eateries nearby, but the constant plumbing smell in the room was quite off-putting!!!

The hotel is located on a quiet street yet close to shopping.
My experience at Residenza Flaminio Gaio was utterly disappointing. The noise level from outside prevented us from getting any sleep, and the room looked nothing like the photos we saw online. It was shocking to find such stark differences, and we were left feeling humiliated after paying a premium for what felt like subpar accommodations.

Cozy & comfy stay!
Had a lovely experience! The staff were super friendly right from check-in. They even gave us a map and shared great tips about Rome. Our room was bright and clean. The daily bottled water was a nice touch. Only wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Would totally come back for the amazing location!
